Lift with coil spacers or new coils ????
Here is 3" Skyjacker suspension lift with 285/70/17's. While I had this combo, I had 4.10 gears. I was getting 14-16 mpg at that time, best the truck ever got.

How do you use your truck? What mpgs are you willing to accept?
285's (33's) with 4.10's was about the best my truck ever was as far as overall ride, mpgs, and performance. My performance today is close to or equal, but the mpgs are worse, and the overall ride is not as good. But i'm ok with that because l like the truck enough with 35's that i'm willing to accept the bad to have it that way.

Who makes a cheap but good quality( I don't do to much off-roading, not more than a stock truck can take anyways) 3" suspension lift and I want the truck to be level and how much diff is there between 285/70 and 33/12.50 ? Do M/T's really make you have worse mileage over A/Ts or is that not true ?
Cheap and lift kits are not two words to put together. You are going to get all kinds of opinions about what to use, Go and look at some of the lift company’s kits and look at the kits parts list, what’s included and what’s not. To me a good 3” kit is going to be over $500 w/o shocks, no spring spacers or add a blocks would be used by me just my o/p. And yes a A/T tire will get better gas mileage over an M/T tire
