Yesterday I got it to run again.
It happens like this,

I turn on the Ram.
let it idle in P (If I rev it it starts to bog and misfire BAD)
Shift it to N, extra ****ty idle, almost dying (rev it and its FINE!- no misfires)
shift it to D and start peeling the tires (this is the only way I can get it to work)
Shift it to R and do the same thing.
Now I can drive it around with no problems.
If im on a red light for a while, it'll stall

I would get the FSM out and see what sensors are used in open loop warm up and start trouble shooting each one.

After warm up, the PCM uses the O2 sensor to help determine fuel needs. Id start by checking all sensors relating to fuel and air metering, if you've ruled out spark production.

Id also have the battery checked just to rule it out.

the Crank Position Sensor was the culprit.
Changed it and now it purrs like a tiger.
The old sensor seemed to be scratched

Pushrods go thru rockers for one reason, and one reason only. Lack of lubrication.
