Just grab a stock gasket set. Should be golden. I do believe Fel-Pro sells overhaul sets....

Haven't a clue..... that just seems really odd. I would go with the high volume pump for the 360 though. They didn't ask me any questions about bore size when I bought mine.

as far as advancing the cam timing goes....

its a double roller set w/ tensioner. the crank sproket has 3 notches in it ones says 0, the others +4, -4. RM Indy said the timing should be advanced +4 fopr optimal.

now, to advance the timing, do i just have to put the +4 notch over the lip on the crank, or is there more to it?

use the +4 notch on the crank, and then line up the appropriate dots on the gears.

Single pipe? You will sacrifice a bit of top end performance...... I think 2.5 would be better.....

that should work then. What do you have in front of the cat?

Although.... you did do a significant boost in cubes there....... If you haven't already committed to the 2 1/4 system.... might wanna consider upsizing.....

Hhhhmmm..... still stock sizes? How picky are your emissions inspections there? Do you HAVE to keep a stock appearance? stock manifolds, and small pipes aren't going to help you any there.
