I could never get the ball joint out of my track bar so I sent it back. It seems to be a decent piece. I don't know how often you'd need to rebuild it though.
They make track bars with heims at both ends, and a bracket for the frame side mount.... Looked at those for a bit, but, not exactly inexpensive. Better design than the factory setup though.....

Markup on parts is amazing. I made the links on my expedition for under $100, and its a 3 link setup. All they are a piece of DOM tubing with bushings/uniballs/heims welded on the ends.
I love working in offroad fab!

Instead of using a crappy joint at the end, weld a heim joint on there, and bolt it through the existing suspension link. Cheap and easy. (Granted you have the tools)
The shipping would be prohibitively expensive. No lie. Also, for a non-racing application It wouldn't make sense because you're going to be pulling stock numbers. Go talk to a shop and see what they would charge you to convert your existing arms. Or find a garage fabber near you. I know lots of guys that garage fab, do great work, charge wayyyy less than a shop, and will generally accept payment in cash/beer.
