Sorry for the quality of the pic but it's the best I can do at the moment. This is from the How-To Modify You TB pdf. file I have for sale on ebay. Complete instructions with pics from start to finish for the 3.9, 5.2 and 5.9 and for the 4.7 TB also.

You can buy these at Northern Tool in the sanding disc section.
