Idle Air Controller.
Back of the Throttle Body.
Remove it, clean it, clean out the "port" that it sits in, reinstall. This is best done with the TB removed. Do not bend or move the plunger/pintle.
When you have the TB off, look down into the intake manifold for pools of oil, especially in the corners.
Make sure to use a new gasket when you reinstall the TB, and lube the IAC o-ring with a little oil when you reinstall the IAC.

Parts store where you get the IAC motor from should carry them. If you are ordering online, just search for throttle body gasket.
Not a sensor. That's why folks are saying there isn't one. Its a stepper motor.

The sensor on the side of the manifold, is an IAT Intake Air Temp sensor.
