Custom turbo headers aren't cheap, as you've found out.
IMO a properly sized single will do pretty much everything twins will do anyways, set it up in a remote system and you've really removed a large part of the turbo build process.
Or run a passenger manifold on the drivers side (can't run a passenger manifold on the drivers side without raising the powersteering pump) then run a cross-over from the passenger side to meet up with the drivers side and put the turbo in the front of the engine bay where there's lots of room.

I pieced everything together and built mine. The biggest difference is you need a scavenge pump to pump the oil back to the engine.
Have you decided on how you plan on tuning it?
