Go thru your steering again, and pay careful attention to the track bar. Also, when you adjusted your steering box, it IS possible to have it TOO tight, and the truck simply will NOT go in a straight line.

What HeyYou said, with the additional bit: If you get the steering box too tight you'll see it as the steering not returning to center after a turn, requiring you to turn the wheel rather than letting it find center by itself.

What size tire did you change from? These trucks aren’t race cars, no rack a pinion steering, no independent suspension. They have a solid axle (live) with a steering box originally designed in the 50s-60s and not much has changed in there design. Going from a 265/75R16 tire to a 35” tire is not what the manufacture designed the steering to work with. Bigger tires taller/wider are more likely to follow the road groves/ruts (road wander) more than with small/skinny tires. They will also make any part that is out of spec show up more noticeably. What did the body lift kit include to lengthen the steering shaft? From the column to the steering box. Did the 3” lift kit include a drop pitman arm? Track bar bracket?

yes the part front the steering shaft to the box and no pitman arm drop or trackbar bracket.. i put dualsteering stablizers on it and before i had the lift the pitman arm would slam into the stablizer shock and dented the hell out of it? iv only seen 3" pitman drops can i get a 2" so that it doesnt slam again?

since you have already gane through the front end, i would invest in the rock ram steering fix, and steering box stabilizer. ive been ready alot of info on them and ive heard nothing but good news from people who are using these two parts.

Here are a couple of links for the parts you may wish to add to your truck. I don't know about your steering stabilizers they should not even be close to the pitman arm. Some pics of the setup would help or the name of the manufacture of them. Did you get a print out of your alignment specs.
