Use heat first (mind your gas lines) and then let them cool for a few minutes and douse them with mopar rust penetrant. That stuff is a miracle in a can.
Try a reverse threaded drill bit first. You might get lucky and it back out on that alone, if not then you have a hole to start the easy out.
I once had a header bolt that I broke off in the head (that I had locktited in mind you) and after some heat an the mopar rust penetrant, it was about finger tight.

I am guessing u get that stuff from the.dealership... wouldn't Pb do the same thing... I think what it is.. aluminum intake, and steel bolt... electrolosis.. welfare it to eachother.. they are broke even so ill try all the ideas... I need my truck back for my upcoming trip back to ny...
I'm fond of CRC Freeze Off. It's essentially Knock'er Loose with a refrigerant added for the thermal shock. Knock'er Loose was better than PB Blaster before the refrigerant was added, and now as Freeze Off it's better still. Heat up the part, hose it down with Freeze Off, and if it won't move then it's time for drastic measures.
Haha oh damn. Thats the only thing that scares me about easy outs. Grab a new bit that will drill through the easy out.
