Use heat first (mind your gas lines) and then let them cool for a few minutes and douse them with mopar rust penetrant. That stuff is a miracle in a can.

Try a reverse threaded drill bit first. You might get lucky and it back out on that alone, if not then you have a hole to start the easy out.

I once had a header bolt that I broke off in the head (that I had locktited in mind you) and after some heat an the mopar rust penetrant, it was about finger tight.

Do you have an welder? You can clean the bolt off really well, weld a washer to the bolt then weld a nut to the washer. I use this trick all the time and it works pretty well.

I'm fond of CRC Freeze Off. It's essentially Knock'er Loose with a refrigerant added for the thermal shock. Knock'er Loose was better than PB Blaster before the refrigerant was added, and now as Freeze Off it's better still. Heat up the part, hose it down with Freeze Off, and if it won't move then it's time for drastic measures.

Check the junkyards in your area. anything 97 or newer should work. That's where I got mine from.

Haha oh damn. Thats the only thing that scares me about easy outs. Grab a new bit that will drill through the easy out.
