ok i change my oil tonight and then started the truck back up my gas gauge went from 3/8 to 5/8 of a tank and my alt gauge is showing under 14 which it never has and oil pressure is way high if i have headlights on and radio with my e fans running and try to roll down the windows my tach goes to 0

i used 5w30 castrol gtx syntech which i had left over cause thats what i used on my 08 ram hemi is that the wrong weight and if so i could never expect it to do this

You are having lots of elec problems, dim head lights, messed up ignition and now this. Start with the basics, clean the batt terminals and cable ends clean all the grounds. Check your volts at the batt with a meter should be 14+v with the motor running. There is a very good chance that this is related to the ignition(key) problem.

A wire brush is good for cleaning grounds.

I don't think the oil caused all that.
I second Sheriff on cleaning ALL grounds.

Uhhh, is that your foot making the engine pulse? Or is that the truck doing that???

nope no foot on the gas thats just when i roll up and down the windows it seems to have a crazy draw on the battery and pulls it way down

There is a central ground connection for the dash just to the left of the e-brake pedal. Pull the plastic cover off then peel the carpet back and you'll see it.
