Unplug your pre-cat O2 sensor, take the truck for a ride, see if it is any better.

have you fixed your plenum yet?

Unplugging the sensor puts the truck permanently into open loop mode, so, it just runs off of tables. If it runs better.... replace the O2, it is lying to the PCM.

it dont have power becuase you took off the cat, i lost alot of low end when i did it to mine. also you prob have the death flash get a sct tuner and it will unlock new found power and you will love the truck. i have 2000 ram also and it made a world of diffrence !

you've got all the basics - SCT, tune up, plenum, no cat, timing chain, gears, TB, headers. it should run like a rabbit.

check your compression.
replace TPS just to be doing. keep your old one as a spare.

Got a volt/ohm meter? Preferably analog? (as opposed to digital....) You can test the TPS. If it was lying, that would explain a lot.
