Default Help with trouble codes

New to this forum as I just bought a 1999 Dodge Ram 1500 quad cab 4x4 with 5.9L motor. The CEL is on, so I got a code reader for cheap on Ebay. I got the codes, but not really sure what to do next. Here are the codes I got and maybe someone here could decifer them for me?

P0420 1/1 Catalytic Conv Eff

P0720 Low Output SPEED Sens RPM, Above 15 MPH

In order to pass inspection the light needs to be off, so I can't just ignore it. I should also add that the truck has a flowmaster exhaust that is loud as hell!

Start by replacing the pre cat o2 sensor and the Output speed sensor which should be located on the driver side of the tranny towards the transfer case.

Those links don't work at NAPA when some else views them.
