I got a 99 ram 5.9 with no lowbeam, all other lights work, when i switch to highbeam the the the bulb that runs the running lights/lowbeams gets brighter, all the fuses and relays have been checked by three different people,i just changed the headlight switch,no go,just wondering if there is any hidden inline fuses or relays, any help would be awsome.

2 or four headlight system?

Do you have tilt wheel? If so, check the wiring at the multifunction switch in the steering column.

My old '99 3/4 ton had no low beams unless I tilted the column all way up, there was a wire loose from the connecter in the steering column, plugged it in solid and all was well!
