That bracket is bolted to the housing directly, and the cover goes on top of it. All it should be seeing is side loads, and given the number of bolts there, I really don't see that as being a problem. Unless you get smacked in the side by something bigger than you..... but then, you would have more important matters to consider.......

It doesn't matter. It was never designed to bear that type of load. It will constantly leak.

I wouldnt want that kit near my truck...And for $3300 I (or even have a shop) could build something much better than that. I would tell you to take it back, but AIM has a 35% restocking fee!

What is really amazing is they actually sent you the right thing the first time!!! That is unheard of with AIM!

I'll post pictures of it when its all done and Air bag says that if it breaks they will fix it so im just going to roll with it let ya know how it goes though

There wont be much left of you or your truck to fix when one of those brackets break off at 65 MPH.

TruckU just did and install of this kit on a ford F250, looked good and they said it rode good.

Never heard of the company but if it rides anything like a friend of mines truck with bags that will be one of the best riding dodges on the road
