Default Truck is racking up the miles...

Well two days ago I jump in the truck to go to work and noticed the OD. I zeroed out the trip for effect.

When I bought it in 2007 with 32,000 miles it was all original with flowmaster exhaust.
Things done and added since then are as follows...
Remote start w/ door locks
New Battery
Hughes plenum kit
Universal high flow Cat
Front o2 sensor
Brake pads and rotors front, rears only adjusted
Full tune up, plugs, wires, cap, rotor, pvc, air filter.
Trans check valve delete and service
The only thing not done by me was remote start install and Cat replacement.

Well if I avg 10k a year, I will have 250k in the year 2030. It will probably be against the law to drive it by then....what do you think...lol

I think before anything passes like that, there will be a protest around the capital...where all the tree hugging idiots are at.

I would hope in 2030 we have engines that can run like these and get 40mpg anyway. 2030 is 20 years.. Altho the 5.9 engine is 20-30 years old anyway right ? Gas mileage hasnt increased at all since then so i guess im hoping for something that isnt going to happen

If automotive technology had advanced as quickly as computer technology, we would be driving trucks that went 200 miles per hour, and got 100 mpg doing it.
