Use caution....They'll want to sell you everything, even if you don't need it.

I'm saying pick a grind, if the OP is basically stock, it's gonna be easy. Get the stock cam re-ground for the 1.7 rockers, get the right springs/push rods....Done.

That Sausage cam was a nice cam for a basically stock motor....Sounded sweet too.

Here ya go...

Take a cam that is used, and re-grind it to something else, with a smaller base circle. Another form of recycling. Changes valvetrain geometry though, and generally requires longer pushrods.

well you could be in a 210cam and have it grinded to use your 1.7rr's

but that new valve springs, and your going to want a new timing chain, lifters and maybe cam bearing and retuned

also headers so you have good flow and dont crake your heads(which are not the strongest to start with),,, also then just may want to put a set of head were to can run up to 600 on lift

i would do a good compresstion test on that motor before i started throwing big money into it

well there site is ****ed up http://www.krcperformance.com/

The specs for the krc 210x are posted on numerous boards. As it was, comp cams ground the 210x cams for krc, they should still have the specs in their database. Call them and mention the cam and specify you want it ground for 1.7 roller rockers. if they say anything about having tocall Watson and talk to Levi, tell them you tried to call numerous times and never got anywhere . That wouldn't be far from the truth.

I just bought a '97 Ram SS/T. When you jump on the accelerator hard, sometimes when it gets to a certain RPM, It boggs down? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
