97 Ram 1500- Turn Signal Issue

Hey all,
Just looking for some advice on a turn signal issue I am having with my 97 Ram 1500. When I engage the right turn signal, the indicator on the dash lights up, however it does not blink. Similarly, the front right turn signal lamp lights up, but does not blink. The rear right turn signal lamp does not light up at all.
Thinking the issue was simply a burnt-out rear right bulb, I replaced it with a brand new bulb (which I checked in the other side first, and found to be good). However, a new bulb has not solved the problem. Any idea on what the problem could be? A bad ground maybe? Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Nope, no tilt wheel. Just trying something, I put a new flasher in the fuse panel, the indicator in the dash will now blink, along with the front right turn signal (as normal), but still nothing from the rear right. Going to dig deeper tomorrow once I get the truck in the shop, it's too cold to be working outside.
