Default Check Engine Light On

CEL came on today. Appears to still run fine. When I did the key trick, I came up with a 3 and a 10, which doesn't make any sense, does it? I'm working 300 miles from home for another week or so, and my ODB-II code reader is there. Any suggestions? Keep driving?

Good call. I was actually getting 2 codes. They are 12 and 37. Nothing to be too worried about I don't think. It's 31 degrees below 0 here, so when it warms up a little I'll disconnect the battery for 15 minutes and that should reset the codes, correct?
