Watson Performance Engineering

1300 White Drive, Titusville, FL 32780

Their address in Florida...... Their website is very basic, and not even fully complete. Not to mention it is still using the KRCPerformance domain, etc. BBB knows very little about them, they are not accredited, but, only have one complaint against them, which seems to have been resolved.

If you cannot get ahold of them via email, and they don't want to answer their phone.... (and I am having a hard time even coming up with a phone number for them, it sure isn't on their website....) your best bet may be to file a complaint with BBB and see if you can't get some satisfaction that way.

Thank you. I had their address and phone number, but it doesn't do much much good all the way in TX, if they don't return calls or emails. I filed a dispute with my credit card company today and will report them to the BBB. It's so frustrating. My son is out several hundred dollars in parts that were never sent and he has a worthless tuner if Dalton won't send tunes....not to mention his truck is running crappy and there isn't much he can do about it.

I spoke to a gentleman at Hughes Engine today and he said they had received so many complaints they are taking KRC Performance Watson Engineering off their dealer list.

Again, I appreciate your replies.

Place was really good when Billy owned it and Marty ran it, but I'm hearing nothing but bad stuff with these new guys who took it over.

I hope you get a decent resolution, but to anyone who's thinking about dealing with them, I'd say no way...

it took me 3 days to get a call back from them, just to get some info on their 210x cam... decided not to go with them, one for their price, and for two, their dependability and the fact they cant return a phone call in the time frame they give you.

Agreed!

They had no problem answering the phone initially when they knew my son was buying nearly $2,000 in parts. After the credit card went through was a different story. I hope there will be a decent resolution, soon, but at this point I'm not too hopeful.

Again, thank you all for taking the time to try and help.

what was your son ordering from them?
id call your bank and dispute the charge, they should give your money back, then go after the company.

I did dispute the charge with Bank of America today.

From memory he ordered: camshaft, sct tuner, supercharger tensioner, supercharger boost pully, 60lb injectors, 2 bar map sensor, tunes never received, spark plugs and wires.....and other things.

I'll check back in when I hear something.
