Well we've made some progress.

Dalton called my son bright and early yesterday morning and told him he was going to make right on the transaction. He spent 1/2 hour with my son on the phone while my son drove around in his truck, with his scanner from work, reading off the codes. A tune was sent yesterday afternoon, programmed into the truck yesterday early evening and the truck is finally running well.

We are supposed to get a tracking number for remaining parts being sent today.

I'm still less than impressed that it's taken over four months to get this far, and irritated it took a credit card dispute and BBB claim to get the company's attention, but we were left with no choice unfortunately.

 

Sometimes it takes a pretty serious kick to get their attention...... and it isn't just these guys.

Glad to hear things are getting worked out. Please keep us updated on whether they actually DO what they said though.
