Header Bolts
So I realized that my two rear passenger side bolts have broken off. I haven't taken the manifolds off to look at it, but has anyone had this happen before? Would they be easy to remove without the head on the bolts too?
Thanks

Common..... unfortunately.....
Drop the manifold, see how much is sticking out. You might be able to grab 'em with vice grips, and get them out. Heat wouldn't hurt either. Chemicals wouldn't hurt either.

A trick I heard about years ago but never tried is to heat them up and then drip candle wax on them. The wax seeps into the threads and helps you get them out.
Might be worth a try. Maybe someone else can verify this technique.

This may sound crazy but take the fender off lol. I had my fenders off putting rockersin and I put a set off headers on while the truck was down. It's alot of bolts to get the fender off but there is soooo much more room when you do. With the fender off you are looking at the back two bolts head on. My far back one was broke off but it was flush with the head so I hope yours isn't lol. This is just what I would do.
That method predates today's killer diller penetrating lubricants that can penetrate much deeper than candle wax. It works okay, but you're better off with a good penetrating lubricant.
