Found it.
Unscrewed it.
Cranked it over, no fire.
Cranked it with the throttle WFO and its backfiring out the exhaust but no start.
Shot some starting fluid in and the same result.

You unscrewed the one at the front of the cat correct?

Are you sure you had good spark? I don't want to spend your money, but if it is not a real strong blue spark, the coil might be bad.

Sounds to me the timing chain gave it up. Try putting your hand over the exhaust and see if it is sucking in and out kind of like it is trying to breath while being cranked over. If you are unsure pulling the distributor cap and see if the rotor button is turning.

Have you tried starting it without the air intake hooked up?

im going to go with the timing is out 180 i would set the timing and go from there. other then that the only thing i see that is off is that the 5.9 like to have 45-55 psi you might be just shy of fuel to allow for full run. but it seems lit it would just have a major loss of power and spitting and sputtering.

I pulled the 02 sensor pre cat.
The coil wire arced a nice bright blue flame about 3/4".

The entire air filter assembly is off the motor.

I have no help to check the exhaust but Ill go pull the distributor cap and see if the rotor is spinning.

Im not sure how the distributor could be out 180, but Ill take a look.
I dont think its a fuel issue due to the fact that I cant get it to fire off with starting fluid.

Im getting screwed. Ive lost 3 days of work now. BUMMIN!!!!

Erm, if it fires off with starting fluid, but, doesn't without it... that kinda points to a fuel issue......
