Question Front Right Tire Locking Up???

Alright i have a '95 1500 4x4 , i was driving down freeway and truck started jumping like crazy i had to pull over thought i blew a tire or cracked a rim... neither was the case so i got off and took back roads home. Rotor on pass side was bad so i decided to replace everything( Rotors, Pads, And Calipers)on both sides... i did so and took for a ride it is 10 times better but it still locks up when stopping and pulls to right hard but when driving i can let go of wheel and go straight..and it feels like warped rotor.. any ideas???

When putting new caliper on pass. side it seemed my pad on inside was further out than the outer pad could something cause my caliper to be off center??

Anyone ever had same issue, I could use some insight. Thanks

its weird that initially when your were going down the freeway at say 60 mph that it did that with no brakes applied almost makes me think that it may have been something with the CAD system for the 4x4 ...but you say it was ten times better with the brakes redone hmm im assuming you bled the brakes and got all the air outa the system...thats all i can think of to why it would pull when braking ...a warped rotor would make a stuttering stop and its possible the rotor you got was warped from sitting on the shelf to long ...not sure though

Jack the front end up and turn the tire while someone turns the steering wheel, see if it binds.
It could be a dry universal getting ready for failure.

if the calipers and pads are dragging, look into replacing the rubber brake hoses.

I would replace the soft lines up front too.......

And have a look at your track bar, you are describing 'death wobble' to a T.

I had an 83 trans Am that did the same thing, replace the from brake hoses did the trick. There is probably a blockage in the D/S hose so when you hit the brakes your P/S is braking alot harder...hence the pull. Just be careful, I broke one of the fittings taking the hose off...rust!

well now i put bigger tires on it and it seems better but still a slight pull..
it has about a 3 inch lift and stock rubber hoses??? I am looking at this now as the cause, should I??? Although it is squeaking too I'm just trying not too replace all the wrong things before i actually figure it out..

Thanks for everyones opinion/advice!!
