Default Abs and Brake lights on clicking sound heard

have a 99 ram 2500, have had truck in the shop 6 times since i bought it last month, Abs and brake light are on, and clicking sound can be heard at low speeds until tires drown sound out. This clicking sound is heard when applying the brakes, while pressing gas pedal and also when foot is off both pedals and coasting.

Has the sensor on top of the rear axle been replaced? Has the PCM been checked for any codes?

Do you have RWAL? or 4WAL?

If the light is on, there should be a code.

If the ABS and Brake light is on there has to be a code.
Is this dealership a dodge dealership?
You need someone with a DRBII scanner to read C-codes on a late second gen.
Since you have front ABS also has any work been done on the front end recently?
Ball joints, Universals, Hub bearings.....

4 wheel drive, but, do you have four wheel antilock brakes? Have a look at the front axle, see if there is a sensor wire going to each hub. If not, you have RWAL only.
