Complete? Incomplete i think you ment to say. Why incomplete you should ask? Axle pushed forward not centered. Zero rate block to call this complete.
What the hell are you talking about? My axle is very much centered as should be.

Think you need to take another look @ your rear. It is very much uncenter/pulled forward about 1-1 1/2.

No, its not. I went and observed it. From the angle of the picture, yes it looks like it. But looking at it from the side, directly, it is centered exactly.

If you did indeed gain some lift from the flip, and did not lower the front mounts the same distance as the back, then yes your axle will be off center... it the simple law of physics.

When a shackle flip is installed such as a the BDS setup (which gains about 4-5" of lift), it will literally push the axle to the front of the truck a few inches. Thats because it drops the rear leaf springs mount so much yet doesn't move the front mounts at all. Since your setup did not drop the mounts that much your axle will not move quite so much... but it did move some (unless you lowered the front mounts too).

Thats what they sell zero rate blocks for. They allow the axle to be re-centered in the wheel well, by allowing the axle to be mounted in a different location on the spring.

I see. Well that makes sense. But only gaining 1-1.5", possibly 2", really pose a problem? The axle looks unchanged. Im not going any higher with it, so anything I should worry about?

If it moved a tenth of an inch or so, I would be surprise.

Nothing to worry about at all, only thing to concern yourself with is make sure pinion angle is where it should be.

Not if you want to do it correctly. Iam very curious cuz in the pic its very much off centered. Post a pic straight on with a measurement on both sides back to the wheel wells. ILL bet its about an 1" or more forward. But hey i no nothing cuz i have 72 well after deletion 68 posts lol

The axle is located by the front leaf spring mount, and rotates in a shallow arc around that mount as it travels up/down. Raising the truck an inch or so might have moved the axle a MAX of half an inch. Maybe. If you like, I could do up the math, and tell you EXACTLY how far it moved.

Regardless, the axle has only moved in its normal arc of travel. It isn't really an issue.

And how many shackle flips how you done? Is this from experience or just what you have read on the www sitting in an armchair? PLZ enlighten us on the math.
