Are the injectors firing? I know you swapped 'em around, but, if the PCM doesn't fire them, for whatever reason...... swapping them around won't help.
Never thought about the PCM, im going to get it scoped today to see whats up, ill get them to do a compression test also, will i be able to get away with the just reflashing the PCM if that is the issue?
no compression is the issue, so its time for a motor....one cylander has blowby at the valves and it appears the rings are fried on the other.....i know where i can get a 318 out of a 2OOO ram, what would i have to do to make it compatible with my 94'
Not so long as you get every sensor in there that the pcm wants (which is why the intake swap is necessary... There are more sensors/holes on a 94 intake than on a 2000). Other than that, I believe the engines are the same.
