The intake manifold bolts are Torque To Yield (TTY), meaning they can only be torqued once, and thus only used once. Hughes is wrong.
Half *** makes you a dumb ***. Dont be a stupid hack and replace them. You get them at the dealer:

Dude- I re-used the bolts because the order was shorted and I didn't inventory it before I started. It almost cost me hugely.
I've heard you can use the stainless w/o issues. The tty is used because of the really low torque on them, and needing them to NOT loosen. IF you use stainless grade 8's, use a thread lock of some sort, and don't be shy with it.
