Fuel Sync off .. Possibly ???

Fuel pressure should be right around 49 PSI.
Revving in neutral isn't a real world test. There is no load on the engine, and the PCM knows that. With no load, the engine doesn't require as much fuel volume to rev out. What I am attempting to test for here is that the pump can maintain pressure, even in high demand situations. Being in neutral doesn't qualify.

so what should the fuel pressure be at while driving. the truck is still acting up. I have noticed my positive battery cable the insulation is worn and is sparking out against the frame. When i would hit a bump the truck would run crappier. then one time i hit a bump and it ran perfect. Im hoping this is it !
