No, I don't get any spark at all. I don't have any voltage between the two wires that feed the coil while the engine is cranking. I tested this by unplugging the two pin harness from under the coil and testing for DC voltage while the engine was being cranked......nothing. I also tested from each wire to ground with the engine cranking....nothing. The coil's primary and secondary resistance fall within specs.

It was the crankshaft position sensor unplugged. I didn't even realize this truck had one to be honest, Ford didn't use them on their speed density systems. I had a really hard time getting the pigtail from the sensor to reach all the way over to where it plugs in near the driverside valve cover. As soon as I plugged it back in she fired right up.
