Its a 2000 Jeep Wrangler Sport and it had the 4.0l. The motor is a 96, with a 98 CKPS plug haha, and a 96 PCM. I just wanna say thanks for all the help! The Jeep is now running! Don't ask me how I did it, I honestly don't know, it kinda just started up! I have no clue what I did to make it start, but it worked! I almost have it driveable, just finished up cleaning up and routing the ground wires nice, have the radiator hooked up and filled, got the driveshafts hooked up. Need to finish cleaning a little bit of wiring, fill it with powersteering fluid, and get more gas. Started the swap with below a quarter tank, haha and now after cranking it, having a leak in the beginning, and running it today, I'm all out of gas. I just wanna say thanks again! I'm throwing some codes, but they're all tranny related and evap. I'm not gonna run the evap stuff. But I dont have to look at the check engine light, I pulled the bulb a long time ago for a code that would never go away haha.
I will post pics and vids ASAP once I get it driving. I must say, it sounds so mean.. and loud. Open headers are crazy!

I love open headers. The police do to. Quite a good revenue stream......

Congrats! Vids please.

Nice work. I've got a 98 TJ with a 5.9/46RE.

Using the 96 PCM? It shouldn't communicate with the 98 dash, but will run. Or are you adding aftermarket gauges?

For now I'm running aftermarket oil pressure, fuel level, and temp. My phone tells me speed and I listed to the motor to shift. I will get a newer pcm one day.
So, my first set of problems weren't bad after getting it running, just little bugs, but now I got a big bug. So took it to the exhaust shop, on the way there it tried to stall out but only bucked once. Pulling in it stalled out. Started up fine. Leaving it ran fine, went to the auto parts store, all good. Leaving there it stalled while driving, but kicked back in after 3 seconds.. then the "oh ****s" happened. Stalled in the turning lane to get on the highway, started barely. Gave it strong throttle to make sure I made it across onto the ramp, ran for a bit and stalled again. Wouldn't start, threw a mini fit then tried again, and it started, made it probably an 1/8 of a mile and stalled again. Wouldn't start back up. I'm thinking fuel problem. I have gas, I filled her up a couple days ago, and have only taken test drives around my block and to the gas station. Got towed home by an ambulance ill have to post the picture tomorrow. Haven't had a chance to start diagnosing it. I did notice that the exhaust shop undid my fuel line at the frame, and they didn't clip it back in all the way. Maybe I was leaking all my fuel? I'm not sure..

ill post the video of it running tomorrow as well

Leaking, or crimped fuel line would be my first thought.

Mine would miss a bit or even stall as soon as it warmed up, a few minutes into the drive. Ended up being a crank sensor. Besides hooking up a fuel pressure gauge while driving, might want to get a factory crank sensor to try.

Well went out and tried cranking it, no go. Its getting spark. So that would mean the ckps is good, right? I haven't had a lot of time to mess with it yet, 2 kids (3 and 4) make it hard to go outside and work while watching them. Wifey get home at 2 so should be able to get out and diagnose it some more.

Weird thing I forgot to mention, while waiting on the highway, I hooked up my code reader and it didn't even turn on.

Video of it running. Still had some wiring to clean up
