if the want cheap just cut the muffler out and put a turn down on it. if you want to spend some money cut the muffler out and get a shop to weld in a straight, my buddy get his done that way for 80 bucks. it sounds good, its pretty loud, and its the cheapest way to go. i wouldnt worry about mufflers. everyone has their own preference. and if you dont like how its sounds you can always change it...

Well after talking to my brother today, he apparently thinks there's a shop around here that could install true dual with glass packs for 80 to 120 bucks. It didn't sound right to me because I thought true dual cost ALOT. Doesn't it take two cats?? Anyway, main reason I didn't want a shop to do it for me is lack of money. Does that sound like a viable price to you guys? Or maybe he was mistaken and saying they could do a Y pipe fitting and glass packs..

You cut the factory muffler out and have a y put in and have the 2 pipes dumped over the axle. I've heard that setup before and it sounds good. But I'm biased, I love straights.
