Sct tuner, bigger throttle body, 1.7 hs roller rockers, and wake the truck up in general gears depending on your tire size.

Negative, stock engine, stock heads, stock intake, stock throttle body, stock injectors.

The free flowing exhaust has done a good job so far in increasing the performance a bit. But I would think I need to move more fuel through the vehicle since I am moving more air correct? Or is the Throttle Body and Intake restricting the airflow?

Thanks in advance guys.

Stock injectors are fine, get a ported TB and tie your mods together with an SCT. How many miles on it? Before you jump into anything involving the valve train, like 1.7s that would be good to know.

It's a factory crate engine with 60,000 miles on it. I really do not want to get into a cam, lifters and valve train. If that was the case, I would rebuild the 360 I have in my garage and stroke it to a 408.

Can some one point me in the right direction as far as SCT and Throttle Body is concerned? I really do not know what a SCT or even how to order the right unit combined with a Throttle body.

SCT is a programmer for the PCM. You can get them from Hemifever. Best bet would be to call him, have a chat, and have him send you what you need.

You can modify your own throttle body, (poor man's throttle body mod, think there is a DIY in the faq section.....) or, buy one..... not exactly cheap. 52mm to 54mm would be good for your 360.
