Anyone have a Upper ball joint replacement write up and or a wheel bearing write up. I believe I can figure out the wheel bearing from the shop manual I was sent the link to on here. thanks again. But the damn Upper ball joint it just shows how to use Mopar tools and I no they can be removed other ways and to see whats going on would be awesome with a through write up.

You need those tools or similar, which you can borrow from autozone or wherever you buy/bought the joints.

Btw, add in your profile whether it's 4x4 or 4x2. Some of us have a bad memory.

its 4x4 which makes it a lot more difficult. I just didnt no if people have step by step write ups on here for how they do stuff. my buddy said he removed his ball joint with a little pry bar. Stuff like that.

I know it has to be on the site probably under the FAQ but I did not find it. I was look for specs of the ram trucks. I believe from what I've read now that my truck has dana 44s but what gears, which transmission is it the nv 231? just a few questions on specs like that. If you had a link or spot that would be awesome.

Dana 44 front, Corporate 9.25 rear.

Unless you have the Off-Road edition truck, you prolly have 3.55 gears.

Transmission is the 46RE, transfer case is NP231D
