Weird Issue
It's due for a trans service, I really do not want to find out that my 3 year old (NEW) transmission may be junk
But all kidding aside, the pan is being dropped anyways. I really do not want to take it too a trans shop for diagnostic noise issues - they will try to sell me on everything with out actually locating the problem lol.

Dropped the pan and pulled the inspection cover, the pump looks brand new (trans installed 2009) flexplate loogs good from what I can see, and I can not see the torque converter lol.
Here is the pics of what I found in the pan:

I doubt, anything is wrong. Even if you could see the converter, it wouldn't tell you anything. unless it's a cracked flex plate. If the converter was bad,you would have a mess in the pan.
Thinking about it some more, it could even be a bad u-joint, if only one single cap is bad, they will click, and until they get really bad, they don't show any play.

If it was a cracked flex plate, it should show during all engine speeds and not just in a driving condition(30-40MPH).
