Default can i get away with a 2" leveling with stock suspension on an OFF-ROAD

I keep getting different answers, since my truck is lifted 2" all around because i have the OFF-ROAD edition, the nose still has a nose dive, so by putting the 2" leveling, it would be 4" in the front, so can i get away without touching anything else like pitmar arm, control, track bar... Etc

A leveling spacer will just raise it 2 more inches, simple as that.

Does the off road version have longer control arms than the regular truck? If it doesn't, you might have to address that as well, else, your front axle will sit too far back.

now that it is all done. i also have to do the steering stabilizer shock, its shot.
