Lift on a budget
I got a 1999 dodge ram 1500 4x4 sport on 32.9 inch tires (or whatever the 33" metric yokohoma comparison is)
I got a little rub problem goin on, The fender liners have holes in the front when I turn all the way and it gives a snapping noise (the plastic getting caught)
I know I could simply just cut a square in the fender liners but I would love a few more inches height wise.
So whats a great hillbilly redneck lift I can do on this? It has the leafs in the back and springs in the front. I know I can put blocks under the leafs in the back if I get longer ubolts but what about the front?

I have a 2001 ram 4x4, i just installed a 2.5" leveling kit on the front coils. i am now able to fit 35's
here is the link were i purchased them. rough country sells the level kit but they want $100, i only paid $70 on ebay. they are not ruff country brand but they are the same thing.

No, what that means is the link me and zman provided are for coil spring spacers, they fit right on top on the coil. so you will have extra clearance in the front, as for the back you can get rear blocks on ebay. I pretty sure mine are 4.75" blocks stock. but im getting rear blocks soon.

Alright thanks yall --- Got stuck in the trails trying to turn around and my frame got caught up on a log and had to leave it there for the night, worst night of my life not knowing if my truck would ever to get out of tight trails (none of my buddys wanted to scratch up their new trucks... theyre no fun). Had to dig it out.
Gonna try and get the leveling kit but I have this first gen dakota one here I paid $150 but I never actually put it on. Gonna sell it then get the ram one.

Just checked the blocks and there 3", but they got a tab on there to stop the rubber thing attached to the bed to stop the bed from dropping too far, If i replace the stock 3" blocks with 5" blocks I will need longer shocks and have to fab up a stopper, but if I do the add a leaf I dont need to do any of that right?

Correct, you will not need to do anything about your stopper,shocks you should still buy as your height will change and your shocks could reach full extension on a really flexy trail, you can go to any parts store and ask for shocks for a 2" lift.
Zman and 1993, what about the brakelines?are they long enough stock? I am going to put my lift in in the next 2 weeks or so between camping trips.
