Yea, someone told me it might be the overdrive solenoid. I know nothing about transmissions so, i'll prob just have to take it into a shop and get it checked out at least. Althoguh Every transmission shop I've called says they can't do much for inspection becuase I changed the fluid already, i still have the fluid in a windshield wiper fluid bottle though.

What else did you find in the pan? Any metal shavings? The usual black mud around the magnet?

Yea, Metal shavings, I'm trying to remember, but I think I may have found a ring in the pan. I just can't remember though. I'm pretty sure I did though. Would that be something to do with the overdrive?

Why yes, yes it would..... if that ring has failed, then, transmission problems are only just beginning. You need to fix that ASAP, or, you are going to HAVE to rebuild it. It may already be too late..... metal shavings are not a good indicator either..... should probably start considering replacing that trans, one way or another.
