Default exhaust smoke

Hey guys. Sometimes when my truck is idling I can see smoke coming out of the exhaust on both sides. Usually doesn't happen when I first start it- it's usually after I've been driving for a while. Can't see it at all after I'm moving. I did the plenum fix, water pump, timing chain, Mopar PCV, etc. Also Seafoamed it. It's not using nearly as much oil as it did. I've driven around 500 miles and it's used about 1/2 a quart. Also has true duals with no cat- no x or h. Compression test came back about 160 dry on all cylinders except 7 was about 140 dry- 160 and cyl 8 was 120 dry and 145 wet. Could it just be from the 2 rear cylinders with lower compression? Valve guides? Oh also I tried to remove the PCV and it seems like it's stuck in there. What would cause that? Why won't it come out? Never had that problem before. When I put it in the old one slid right out.

Sorry forgot all the details lol. A little over 151,000 miles. The smoke is mostly blue colored- sometimes almost looks a little white. I'm not losing any coolant though- just oil.

Bluish exhaust smoke is indicative of oil burning. Figuring out where it's burning the oil can be the tricky part.

There is a chance your piston rings are shot or stuck on those two cylinders allowing oil into the combustion chambers. What do the spark plugs look like for those two cylinders compared to the rest?

Could be valve guides as well.

The plug on #8 looked like crap but I think that was from the plenum gasket. 7 looked good. I'm going to pull them in a little bit after it cools off and see how they look

Ok all the plugs look very good. They were replaced about a week ago when I did the plenum.

Rings(do compression test), valve stem seals/guides, or you forgot to put the pan back on the bottom of the manifold, .

If it clears up after a few minutes, probably valve seals. If it doesn't, check the PCV valve, might just wanna replace it with one from the dealer. (they actually have the correct flow rate...) If that doesn't help either..... do a dry/wet compression test, and see what the numbers do.
