2500 rear drum stuck inside my rim
Just had that happen to me the other day.
I did what others have been suggesting. Sprayed the joint with penetrating oil, then took a steel bar, put it through the holes in the rim and hit it with a mini sledge. Took about 10 mins of hammering hard but then it just fell off. Just make sure to keep switching what hole or spoke you have the bar through so you push it off even.
Good luck with it!

put the wheel and drum back on the truck and leave the lugnuts just loose enough that the wheel/drum assembly has some minute play on the axle flange. drive a couple of feet and mash the brakes.
