Most of the dyno charts I have seen don't even start until 2K....... however, we have a fair few members here that run the hughes intake, and they didn't have any complaints about low end loss..... You would definitely pick up some upper rpm power with the better manifold though..... the kegger just isn't designed for much above 4500 rpm.

I'm still kind of interested in the cam but the fact that it doesent really kick in until 2600rpm is kind of scary for towing. Would the hughes air gap intake give me some more top end without sacrificing all my low end torque?
I got an FI Airgap from Hughes and i really didn't notice any difference in the low end. but i did notice a big difference in the mids and high.

heres a few graphs of the 604 or krc 210 cam. showing 300ft torque at 2k way low with a M1. keep a kegger on expect those torque numbers to go up. lower the Lsa to 110(210x) would move the torque curve little lower in the rpms. 210x would be a torque monster way down low.

KRC has an RV cam. PM b1llyW (former owner of KRC before he sold the company) on this site or bionicdodge and he will hook you up with Comp cams to get the specs of the RV cam to them. Comp is who grinds his cams.

Here is some info about the RV cam and some other bolt ons. More torque than a hemo and 20 HP short of the hemi (rear wheel dyne numbers).

READ THIS: It is called "Torque is a good thing"

200/206 .408/.408 (He used 1.6 RRs, if you get 1.7 it changes the geometry of the cam and may actually hurt the numbers). All he did was use stock RT heads and some other used parts (Roller rockers). Plus an underdrive pulley. He said he was running 3.55 gears and LOVING it.
