Sensors that have voltage on both sides would be: Crank Position sensor, Throttle Position Sensor, Camshaft Position Sensor, Map Sensor. But, when I check the EVAP Leak Detection Pump I get nothing. So I check the wires for continuity from the plug in to the Leak Detection Pump and the appropriate pins on the PCM harness and they all check out, no issues. So that tells me that there is an issue within the pcm.

I tend to agree with you. Most of those wires are in the same connector, but, NOT right next to each other..... as a final test, unplug that connector from the PCM, and with the various sensors unplugged, check for continuity between the wires, and also the wires to ground. If they check out ok, I do believe you are correct. Time for a PCM. Is there a wrecking yard around that you could get one cheap from, just as a test??

I will do that prior to ordering, whats one more day and more testing. I want to be sure before I dump a couple hundred dollars. I did call the local salvage yard and used auto parts store and they checked the entire midwest and absolutely nothing out there. I may have to try calling a few others but i think I can send this one out to get repaired. Otherwise I'm looking at anywhere from $200-$800 for a re-manufactured pcm. Unless I can find a schematic and go through it myself.
