You are looking for a DCX controller, the tunes will be flashed onto the controller. You plug it into the OBDII port under the dash by the driver's right knee and follow the onscreen prompts.

SCT is far superior to the superchips tuner. The 87 octane SCT tune is better than the 91 octane supchips flash.

and as far as plenum plate check out ebay for one. get that and the fel-pro gasket set at a local store and save a couple coins!
