Use a cheap hose to get it sold...but make sure you put in writing that it needs to be replaced so that they cant come back and sue you

After you get some hose put one of these in the
end http://www.marineengine.com/products...php?in=3167010 it will help keep crap out, but NOT to sure how well it will be under pressure. Rig it up so that the filler end is accessible in the wheel well.

Gates makes a hose for filler necks. Had to replace some on my RV (filler neck is about 4' long with 2 hoses to join the steel pieces and the tank). It's about $3.00 a foot.

the problem is folks (part of the reason the trucks forsale) i dont even have enough money to fund my smoking habbit

so throwing more money at this truck is NOT in the cards..hence why its being sold as is

id love to go out n spend 40-50 bucks on new fuel hose so i could throw some gas in it and see it leave under its own powa but its just not possible

Someone can't lend you $30 to get some type of hose? The truck will be worth much more if someone can start it and drive it home.
