No thats the breather elbow(it's hollow). The pcv hose goes directly into the side on the intake manifold.

Oh, and as far as the valve itself goes, the ones at parts stores are more universal for lack of a better description. You want the OEM from the dealer that is vehicle specific.

Passenger side, hose runs to the intake manifold.

The aftermarket valves don't always have the correct flow rate, so, you can get some odd problems from them, oil consumption being one.......

Different years have them on opposite sides, not sure what years though.

Great, ill get one from stealership then.

So is the one on driver side with the big hose to air box just a breather? What can I do to it so its not covered in oil, not leaking, but seeping thru hose?

yes just a breather, check the hose maybe it's cracked or loose. Not much you can do besides replace it.
