i let the truck run for 4 min and sprayed pb blaster on it and then tried, didn't work.. i need my dads toolbox :/ guess ill have to wait till tommorow morning..

Yea wait. No reason to go out buy tools for no reason. If it's that's tight, a regular adjustable wrench ain't gonna break it loose.
