CEL Tansmission?
I have a 1995 Dodge Ram 1500 w/ 318 Automatic and the CEL comes on every time I put the vehicle in motion. What can be causing this? I can't find anyone that has the right connection to read the codes but I know it has something to do with the transmission as it started shifting a little funny after the light started coming on.
Thanks!
I will try this out.

Code 32- EGR Solenoid circuit Short or open in the EGR solenoid circuit. Check for loose, broken, or shorted wire in the EGR valve wiring and connectors. Possible air fuel ratio imbalance not detected during diagnosis.
Code 37-Torque converter clutch solenoid CKT or Trans temp sensor too high or low
Any suggestions?

I tried to find the damn EGR valve and am having trouble locating it. Where is it?
I still think it has to do with the transmission as the light don't come on until you drive for a bit. (Three Part Question)What do I check on the tranny... Is there a diagram of where these parts I need to check are located or and are they simple to get to?

You can grab the 95 service manual from the faq section. That will have all the wiring diagrams.
EGR valve is behind the intake manifold, on the passenger side. (yeah, cleverly concealed....)
Check all connectors for corrosion, broken/exposed wires, all the usual stuff.
