Those ground wires you mention have nothing to do with whether or not the starter works. Check the fuses and relays in the PDC and make sure none of the cables/wires to the starter are broken.

I switched relays with other relays and the fuses looked good does the starter have any ground i should look for or maybe the cable is corroded and I need to clean the contacts
or the battery? the volt meter is showing like 14+ volts

Starter grounds thru the motor. Make sure the fat ground cable from the battery has a good connection to the engine.

Verify that you are getting 12v or more on the fat red cable to the starter motor.

Do you hear the starter relay click when you turn the key? (have a friend help if necessary, and put your finger on the relay when your bud hits the key, you should be able to feel it if nothing else.)

Are you getting better than nine volts to the solenoid on the wire there with the key in the start position? If not, find out why.

Check and make sure you are getting power to the starter motor on the fat wire then, and at the skinny wire with the key in the start position.

the ground cables from the firewall to the heads were the culprit!....
