OBD fuse blows instantly, pcm port wont read, radio and over head lights wont work

so just unplug the switches and see if that is the problem and if so then replace them rite?

Like I said 15 times, replace them, the are cheap. LOL If that doesn't help, then yes, time to start tracing wires.
