24K on trucks that tow haul regularly, 100k on those that don't.

This is a decent method I've found if you only have a ft. lbs. torque wrench...or no torque wrench at all. This is the low/reverse band adjuster (the rear one). Turn the center bolt to adjust it and the outer nut to lock your settings in place.

Using slight pressure with the screwdriver, pry the lever up and down looking at the travel from its highest to lowest point. 3/8" of travel will do nicely. Lock it in.

Turn the adjusting bolt hand tight and pry the lever lightly again with the screwdriver looking for around 1/4" travel here. Lock it in.
