It turns your gas into golden gold with rainbow power and unicorn sprinkles.

Golden Gold and Unicorn Sprinkles? Wow, that should be in the sales brochure. That would really make the sale.

Why use a drain plug? 3,5L of fluid ran out today when i parked the truck! Luckily I didn't loose anything when I drove it!

Majorly overtightened bolts there.

It´s not leaking from the bolt. There is a small hole above the gray chemical metal that I fixed the hole temporary with.
But maybe the bolts are overtightened too, the previous owner hade changed the fluid so i don't know.
How many lbs should they be tightened with?

Not maybe, LOL. That gasket is destroyed, get the reusable one from the dealer if you can. 13ft pounds, then check them in a couple days.

I just don't know sometimes why people do stuff (not you Stoft). The tranny is made of aluminum, even if you don't use a torque wrench, you should know better than to go too hard on them. I never use a torque wrench cause I don't have one, but I know to get them just a bit past snug and stop. It's way too easy to strip threads on aluminum.

lol on everything...

what i meant about the JB Weld is that you should remove the pan, clean it thoroughly with brake cleaner. sand the area around the hole(s). clean it again with brake cleaner. apply JB Weld and let it dry for 24 hours. then reinstall.

if the JB Weld sticks to the wet/oily surface, i'd be very surprised. i hope it does, but i wouldn't count on it.
